Reference Voltage & Current

Reference voltage/current is a critical building block in analog circuits, as it provides a stable reference that resists variations in process, supply voltage, and temperature (PVT).

Our team focuses on several key areas to improve the performance of reference voltage/current. These include 1) relaxing process variation for industrial applications, 2) extending the supply voltage range for electric vehicle applications, 3) reducing the minimum supply voltage for IoT applications, and 4) suppressing temperature coefficients with limited power for IoT applications.

We are proud to have been the first team to conduct a systematic and complete study of process variation in bandgap references.
